In deze test wordt je maximaal belast en wordt duidelijk wanneer jij gaat verzuren, dit noemen we het omslagpunt. De hartslag die je op dit punt hebt bepaalt jouw schema. Je kunt vervolgens kiezen met welke vorm van bewegen je aan de slag wil gaan, meest gebruikelijk fietsen of (hard)lopen.<br \/>Tijdens het bewegen kun je middels een hartslagmeter zien of je op het juiste niveau aan het bewegen bent.
